The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for your items to ship after processing. Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. If a change needs to be made, please notify us via email at FamilyMoneyFitness@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping will be the sole responsibility of the consumer.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once scanned by courier. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.TFamilyMoneyFitness.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Missing/Stolen/Lost Orders
Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has shipped. If your order is not received according to the tracking detail once in the possession of the courier, you must file a claim with USPS respectively.
